Timing
To ensure a smooth therapeutic process, payment is kindly requested on the day of your session. This allows us to focus our session time entirely on your wellbeing and journey.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we gently ask for 24–48 hours’ notice. This consideration allows us to offer the time to other individuals seeking support and helps us manage our small practice sustainably.
